My first visit was under difficult circumstances. It was the festive season and I was in extreme pain with an infected tooth. So Dental made room for me when my regular dentist would not. Not only did they do this but they put me at ease and made me comfortable before the treatment had even started. Since then, I've become a regular visitor and now go to prevent rather than to cure. Their bedside manner so to speak is without jargon and their treatments are always delivered in a relaxed and sympathetic manner.For the first time, I feel like a customer and not a patient.
