Impossible to get an appointment. If you are able to then youll get a rude doctor! Ive experienced this twice and Ive had two appointments there!
Have tried phoning in the mornings for an appointment that day but after calling the number non stop for 40 times have then been told , sorry no appointments left , This has happened 2 days running . Not acceptable.
Absolute joke. The drop in during day system doesn't work for students or people who work only for elderly. Also the wait for a booked appointment is between 6-10 weeks.
I am writing to say how impressed I have been with the reception staff, they are very helpful and pleasant despite this job being a difficult role. I can imagine that the staff deal with many challenging situations but they remain cheerful and competent at their work.
Waiting times is up too 3 hours some time the whole day hate this place .
