I've only been able to leave one star. I'd rather leave zero stars or even negative. Awful awful awful. The light fittings we bought along with GU10 lamps... Didn't last 3 months. Replacing with GU10 from a different company and they also blew - also had to adapt the fitting to break off a couple of ceramic studs because they are made so you'll only use tp24 own lamps - which I refused to do ever again. The wall lights with tp24 own circular 'g40' are also no good. We've ended up taking all these lights down and they'll be going to the tip. So much for LED longevity and quality manufacturing!
The initial ceiling light was faulty, the replacement unit was incomplete, the follow up support totally failed to understand the problem, one error after another with the customer picking up the pieces and no apology! Do not buy from this 'don;t care' company

Check your order while the delivery person is there BEFORE you sign. Otherwise you'll be stuck with the broken bulbs they sent you. The packaging of their shipped products is not sufficient enough to keep them from breaking in shipping
